SMS consent is collected exclusively through our website chat widget, which presents two separate unchecked checkboxes. Users must affirmatively check a box to opt in; consent is never a condition of contacting us, and submitting any form on this website does not, by itself, opt you into text messages.

How We Collect Consent

Website Chat Widget

SMS opt-in is collected only through our website chat widget. Users enter their phone number and must manually check one or both unchecked consent boxes (transactional and/or marketing) before their consent is recorded.

Separate, Unchecked Boxes

Transactional and marketing consent are presented as two distinct, unchecked checkboxes. Users may opt into one, both, or neither. Consent is never pre-selected, and SMS consent is not required to contact us.

Easy Opt-Out

Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or HELP for assistance. We honor all opt-out requests immediately and confirm each STOP request with a single confirmation reply.

Types of Messages You May Receive

The consent categories match the two checkboxes in the chat widget. You only receive the types of messages you actively opt into.

If you check the Informational / Transactional box, you may receive:

Quote Updates: Status updates on your quote requests and project inquiries

Order Communications: Production updates, shipping notifications, and delivery confirmations

How We Handle Your Mobile Number

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data collected through our chat widget will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Consent data is retained as required by law and applicable carrier rules.
