Rigid Concepts, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the experience for every visitor and to apply the relevant accessibility standards to this website.

Effective date: May 30, 2026. We may update this document from time to time; the current version always governs and is posted on this page.

Our conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. Conformance is measured at three levels (A, AA, AAA); we target Level AA.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML and a logical heading structure on every page;
  • Provide a “skip to content” link and keyboard-operable navigation and FAQ controls;
  • Include descriptive text alternatives (alt text / ARIA labels) for meaningful images and image regions;
  • Aim for sufficient color contrast between text and its background;
  • Build responsive pages that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels;
  • Review accessibility as part of our ongoing site maintenance.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are aware of include the third-party GoHighLevel/LeadConnector chat widget, which is provided by an outside vendor and is not fully under our control. If you have trouble using any part of the site — including the chat — please contact us and we will help you directly and work to address the issue.

Measures we take

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We consider accessibility in our design and content decisions, test pages as we build and update them, and welcome feedback that helps us identify and fix barriers.

Feedback and how to report an issue

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter a barrier, need information in an alternative format, or want to report a problem, please contact us and describe the issue and the page involved. We aim to respond promptly and will do our best to provide the information or assistance you need.
