Defense primes frequently flow AS9100 down to their machining suppliers — especially on aircraft, missile, and space hardware. Our quality management system carries AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 certification from IAPMO SCB, so that certification requirement is met, backed by what the standard demands: counterfeit-part prevention, configuration control, first-article verification, and flowdown of your requirements to outside processors. Paired with our SBA SDVOSB certification, that gives primes AS9100D quality and SDVOSB credit from a single supplier.

Yes. Rigid Concepts is certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 by IAPMO SCB (Certificate No. 1121211, valid through September 24, 2029), which meets the AS9100 certification requirement primes flow down. Send your PO quality clauses with the RFQ and we'll confirm any program-specific requirements up front. The certificate is available on request.
Yes — Rigid Concepts is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and VOSB, and ITAR registered. Purchases from Rigid count toward prime contractors’ SDVOSB subcontracting goals.
