Inconel is the definition of a hard part. It work-hardens fast, holds its strength at temperature, and chews up tooling — which is exactly why so many shops turn it away. We don't. Controlled parameters, rigid fixturing, and the right inserts let us hold tolerance in alloys built to resist being cut.

Superalloys we machine

Inconel 625 and 718 for aerospace, energy, and high-temperature applications, plus other nickel-based superalloys on request. If your part lives in heat, pressure, or corrosion, this is the material — and we know how to make it.

Frequently asked questions

Yes — both are common for us. We use controlled parameters and rigid setups to manage work-hardening and hold tolerance.

It work-hardens and is hard on tooling, so it takes experience and patience. Hard alloys like Inconel are precisely our specialty.

Yes — full material traceability and certificates of conformance are standard.
