How our text-messaging program works — what you consent to when you share your mobile number, message frequency, how to get help, and how to stop messages at any time.
Rigid Concepts, LLC offers text (SMS/MMS) messaging so we can respond to your inquiries, send quote and order updates, and answer your questions. This notice explains our text-messaging program and the consent you provide when you give us your mobile number. Our messaging is handled through the GoHighLevel/LeadConnector platform.

Your consent to receive texts
By providing your mobile phone number through our website chat widget, contact or quote form, or by texting us first, and by checking any opt-in box or otherwise agreeing, you give Rigid Concepts, LLC your express consent to send recurring text messages to that number using an automated system, for the purposes described above.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to buy our products or services. You can always reach us by phone or email instead.
- You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
- You may opt out at any time (see below).
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us — for example, the status of your quote or order and how often we exchange messages. We send texts in response to your activity rather than on a fixed schedule.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Rigid Concepts does not charge for the texts themselves, but your carrier’s standard rates for messages and data will apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to stop messages (opt out)
You can cancel the text-messaging program at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again at any time.
How to get help
If you need help, reply HELP to any of our text messages, or contact us by phone at (214) 504-1967 or by email at info@rigidconcepts.com. Supported carriers may include the major U.S. carriers; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used to provide the messaging described here and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The messaging platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) processes messages on our behalf as a service provider. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
