These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rigid Concepts, LLC website at rigidconcepts.com and describe the general conditions under which we provide quotes and machining services. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Effective date: May 30, 2026. We may update this document from time to time; the current version always governs and is posted on this page.

1. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest content, or use it in any way that could damage Rigid Concepts or impair other users’ use of the site.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, the Rigid Concepts name and marks, page designs, and code — is owned by or licensed to Rigid Concepts, LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

3. Your content and submissions

When you send us drawings, models, specifications, or other materials through our forms or chat, you represent that you have the right to do so and that doing so does not violate any third party’s rights or any export-control or confidentiality obligation. You retain ownership of your designs; you grant us the limited right to use them solely to evaluate your request, prepare a quote, and — if you place an order — manufacture your parts. We handle technical data consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable ITAR/EAR requirements.

4. Quotes, RFQs, and orders (general conditions of sale)

The information on this site and any quote we provide is for general informational purposes and does not by itself create a contract. The following general conditions apply to our quoting and sale process:

  • Quotes are non-binding estimates based on the information and files you provide, and are valid only for the period stated on the quote (or 30 days if none is stated). Pricing, lead time, and availability are subject to change until we accept a purchase order in writing.
  • A contract is formed only upon our written acceptance of your order. Once accepted, the order is governed by the terms on our quote and order acknowledgment, which control over any conflicting terms in your purchase order unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your drawings, models, tolerances, and specifications. We manufacture to the information you provide; changes after acceptance may affect price and schedule.
  • Lead times are estimates. We work hard to meet committed dates but are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

5. Disclaimers and no warranty

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that the site is error-free, complete, or current. Any warranty applicable to manufactured parts, if any, will be set out in our written quote or order acknowledgment and is not created by this website. Nothing on this site should be relied upon as engineering, legal, or professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rigid Concepts, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third-party links and tools

Our site includes third-party services such as the GoHighLevel/LeadConnector chat widget and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
