// MATERIAL — TITANIUM
Titanium CNC Machining
High strength-to-weight for flight-critical and medical-grade components — machined with the patience and tooling titanium demands.
Titanium punishes shops that rush it. Its strength and low thermal conductivity are exactly why aerospace and medical love it — and exactly why it requires controlled speeds, rigid setups, and the right inserts. This is the kind of hard part we were built for.
Where titanium earns its keep
Aerospace structure and brackets, defense hardware, and biocompatible medical implants and instruments. Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) is the workhorse; we also machine commercially pure grades and others on request.
- Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) and other grades
- Controlled parameters to manage heat and tool wear
- Flight-critical and medical-grade tolerances

Frequently asked questions
Yes — Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) is our most common titanium, along with CP grades and others on request, with full traceability.
Titanium is biocompatible and widely used for implants and instruments. We machine medical-grade titanium with the traceability such work requires.
Titanium's strength and low thermal conductivity require slower, controlled cutting and more tooling — but it's exactly the work we specialize in.
