Stainless gives you corrosion resistance and strength, but each grade machines differently. We match tooling and parameters to the alloy so you get clean threads, crisp features, and the finish your application needs.

Grades we machine

303 for free-machining work, 304 for general corrosion resistance, 316 for marine and medical environments, and 17-4 PH when you need heat-treatable strength. Others on request.

Frequently asked questions

303 machines easily; 304 is a versatile default; 316 resists marine/medical corrosion; 17-4 PH offers heat-treatable strength. Tell us the environment and we'll advise.

Yes — we coordinate passivation and other finishes so parts arrive corrosion-ready.

We machine 17-4 PH and coordinate heat treat as your spec requires, holding tolerance through the process.
